  Well after calling five times I was finally able to reach someone. I then told them that I had been at their establishment the previous day and that I believed I had left my debit card. I was then told that they couldn't help me right now and to call back regarding this at a later time. Being that I live over two hours away and that it is my bank card I feel like this is something they could have taken the time to address for me when I called the first/fifth time. Its also the week of Christmas and like many of you I'm still having to pick up last minutes items. Not having my bank card is frustrating and a little understanding for the situation would of been appreciated especially since the attendant failed to return it to me in the drive-thru.
  When I called back they proceeded to tell me no one had left a card "today" and I said that it was the previous day. With a huff they then said they'd have to look for it. After a bit they then made me recite my entire order from the day before in their attempts of verifying my identity instead of asking me my name. I really feel like the establishment needs to have an overall attitude adjustment when dealing with their customers.
  
  I will say the food was fine. Myself and children were satisfied with it but, at this rate we might as well have robots preparing our food because human relations are seriously lacking at this establishment.
